 आवेदन कैसे करें :-

ए) उम्मीदवार सुबह 09:00 बजे से सुबह 10:30 बजे तक वॉक-इन और साक्षात्कार के लिए पंजीकरण कर सकते हैं

28.12.2023.सुबह 10:30 बजे के बाद किसी भी उम्मीदवार का मनोरंजन नहीं किया जाएगा।

ख) आवेदन पत्र विज्ञापन के साथ संलग्न है।

ग) सभी पात्र उम्मीदवारों को विज्ञापन के साथ संलग्न आवेदन पत्र के माध्यम से आवेदन करना चाहिए और पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया से पहले आवेदन पत्र भरना होगा।

घ) उम्मीदवारों को वॉक-इन-इंटरव्यू के दिन जांच के दौरान फॉर्म में भरे गए सभी मापदंडों के संबंध में सभी मूल दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने चाहिए।

ई) उम्मीदवारों से अनुरोध है कि वे निर्धारित तिथियों पर सुबह 9 बजे तक कार्यक्रम स्थल पर रिपोर्ट करें।

च) कृपया निम्नलिखित सभी प्रासंगिक मूल प्रमाण पत्र और उनकी स्व-सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी (1 सेट), पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटो की 2 प्रतियां और भारत सरकार, कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित प्रपत्र में सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी किए गए प्रासंगिक प्रमाण पत्र लाएं। आरक्षित अभ्यर्थियों को आरक्षण देने पर विचार, ऐसा न करने पर उन्हें साक्षात्कार के लिए अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

चयन प्रक्रिया:

क) चयन उम्मीदवारों के साक्षात्कार के आधार पर किया जाएगा जो विधिवत गठित चयन बोर्ड द्वारा आयोजित किया जाएगा।

ख) अपेक्षित शुल्क के साथ वॉक-इन-इंटरव्यू के दिन जमा किए गए उम्मीदवारों के आवेदनों की संस्थान की जांच समिति द्वारा जांच की जाएगी और केवल पात्र उम्मीदवारों को चयन समिति के समक्ष वॉक-इन-इंटरव्यू के लिए उपस्थित होने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। यदि आवेदकों की संख्या अधिक है, तो संस्थान की चयन समिति उम्मीदवारों की शॉर्टलिस्टिंग के लिए मानदंड तैयार कर सकती है, जिसमें स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट आयोजित करना भी शामिल हो सकता है।

ग) कुल अंकों का 50% चयन के लिए पात्रता का मानदंड माना जाएगा।

घ) चयनित उम्मीदवारों को ईमेल के माध्यम से नियुक्ति का अनंतिम प्रस्ताव प्राप्त होने के तुरंत बाद मेडिकल जांच और मूल प्रमाणपत्रों के सत्यापन के लिए इस कार्यालय को रिपोर्ट करना होगा।

ई) अंतिम चयन व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार में प्रदर्शन के आधार पर होगा।

च) नियुक्ति का प्रस्ताव शामिल होने के समय मूल प्रमाणपत्रों के सत्यापन के अधीन अनंतिम होगा।

छ) प्रतीक्षा सूची तैयार की जाएगी और सक्षम प्राधिकारी के अनुमोदन के अधीन परिणाम जारी होने की तारीख से 2 महीने की अवधि के लिए वैध होगी।

ज) अंतिम परिणाम वेबसाइट यानी https://www.esic.gov.in/recruitments पर प्रकाशित किया जाएगा।

  how to apply :-

A) Candidates can register for Walk-in and Interview from 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM

28.12.2023.No candidate will be entertained after 10:30 am.

b) The application form is attached with the advertisement.

c) All eligible candidates should apply through the application form attached with the advertisement and fill the application form before the registration process.

d) Candidates should produce all original documents in respect of all parameters filled in the form during scrutiny on the day of Walk-in-Interview.

e) Candidates are requested to report at the venue by 9 am on the scheduled dates.

f) Please bring all the following relevant original certificates and their self-attested photocopies (1 set), 2 copies of passport size photograph and relevant certificates issued by the competent authority in the proforma prescribed by the Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training. Consider giving reservation to reserved candidates, failing which they will not be allowed for interview.

Selection Process:

a) Selection will be made on the basis of interview of the candidates which will be conducted by a duly constituted Selection Board.

b) Applications of the candidates submitted on the day of Walk-in-Interview along with the requisite fee will be scrutinized by the Screening Committee of the Institute and only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for Walk-in-Interview before the Selection Committee. . If the number of applicants is high, the selection committee of the institute may formulate criteria for shortlisting of candidates, which may also include conducting a screening test.

c) 50% of total marks will be considered as eligibility criteria for selection.

d) Selected candidates will have to report to this office for medical examination and verification of original certificates immediately after receiving the provisional offer of appointment through email.

e) Final selection will be based on performance in personal interview.

f) The offer of appointment will be provisional subject to verification of original certificates at the time of joining.

g) Wait list will be prepared and will be valid for a period of 2 months from the date of release of result subject to the approval of the competent authority.

h) The final result will be published on the website i.e. https://www.esic.gov.in/recruitments.
