आवेदन कैसे करें : ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन (ओआरए) भरने के लिए विस्तृत निर्देश आयोग की वेबसाइट यानी “http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc” पर उपलब्ध हैं।

1. इच्छुक/योग्य उम्मीदवारों को आयोग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट यानी http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा। किसी अन्य माध्यम से प्राप्त आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे और सीधे खारिज कर दिए जाएंगे।

2. इच्छुक और योग्य उम्मीदवार आयोग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट (http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc) पर जाएं और होम पेज पर “ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें” लिंक पर क्लिक करें। खुले हुए पेज पर उम्मीदवार “परीक्षाओं के लिए वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन (ओटीआर)” लिंक पर क्लिक करेंगे और खुले पेज पर पंजीकरण करेंगे और यदि पहले से पंजीकृत नहीं हैं तो “न्यू रजिस्ट्रेशन” पर क्लिक करके अपना प्रोफ़ाइल बनाएंगे। पंजीकरण के बाद या यदि पहले से पंजीकृत है तो उम्मीदवार को ओटीआर पेज में अपने खाते में लॉग इन करना होगा, एक बार लॉग इन करने के बाद, लाइव विज्ञापनों की सूची उम्मीदवार को डैशबोर्ड पर प्रदर्शित की जाएगी। उम्मीदवार किसी विशेष पद के लिए इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से ही आवेदन करेंगे। विज्ञापन के अनुसार अपेक्षित दस्तावेज अपलोड करने के बाद ही उम्मीदवार का आवेदन जमा किया जाएगा। आवेदन जमा करने से पहले, उम्मीदवार को एक वचन/घोषणा देनी होगी कि:- “यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि मैंने अपलोड किए गए सभी अपेक्षित दस्तावेजों के पूर्वावलोकन की जांच कर ली है और मैं संतुष्ट हूं कि दस्तावेज सुपाठ्य, पठनीय और सत्य हैं। मैं अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेजों के न पढ़ने योग्य/स्कैनिंग की खराब गुणवत्ता के एकमात्र कारणों के आधार पर अपनी उम्मीदवारी को अस्वीकार करने पर आपत्ति नहीं जताऊंगा।”

3. ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन जमा करने के बाद उम्मीदवारों को कोई भी दस्तावेज जमा करने का कोई और अवसर नहीं दिया जाएगा।

4. ऑनलाइन मोड में जमा किया गया आवेदन शुल्क भुगतान स्वीकार होने और शुल्क आयोग के खाते में जमा होने के बाद ही सफलतापूर्वक जमा किया गया माना जाएगा।

5. एक बार जमा किए गए ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन (ओआरए) को एच.पी. के नियम 5 (iv) में निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अनुसार श्रेणी में बदलाव के अलावा किसी भी बदलाव की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। पीएससी (व्यवसाय की प्रक्रिया और लेनदेन) नियम, 2023।

6. उम्मीदवार को एचपीएएस प्रतियोगी (मुख्य) परीक्षा-2024 के लिए परीक्षा की योजना में सूचीबद्ध विषयों में से एक वैकल्पिक विषय चुनना होगा। ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन (ओआरए) जमा करने के बाद वैकल्पिक विषय में कोई बदलाव की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

चयन प्रक्रिया : चयन प्रारंभिक और मुख्य लिखित परीक्षा, साक्षात्कार पर आधारित होगा।

How to Apply: Detailed instructions for filling Online Recruitment Application (ORA) are available on the Commission’s website i.e. “http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc”.

1. Interested/eligible candidates must apply online through the official website of the Commission i.e. http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc. Applications received through any other means will not be accepted and will be rejected outright.

2. Interested and eligible candidates visit the official website of the Commission (http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc) and click on “Apply Online” link on the home page. On the opened page candidates will click on the link “One Time Registration for Examinations (OTR)” and register on the opened page and create their profile by clicking on “New Registration” if not already registered. After registration or if already registered the candidate has to log in to his/her account in the OTR page, once logged in, the list of live advertisements will be displayed to the candidate on the dashboard. Candidates will apply for a particular post through this portal only. The candidate’s application will be submitted only after uploading the required documents as per the advertisement. Before submitting the application, the candidate must give an undertaking/declaration that:- “This is to certify that I have checked the preview of all the requisite documents uploaded and I am satisfied that the documents are legible, readable and true . I will not object to rejection of my candidature on the sole grounds of illegibility/poor quality of scanning of the uploaded documents.”

3. After submission of Online Recruitment Application, candidates will not be given any further opportunity to submit any document.

4. Application submitted in online mode will be considered successfully submitted only after the fee payment is accepted and the fee is credited to the Commission’s account.

5. Online Recruitment Application (ORA) once submitted will be sent to H.P. No change will be allowed except change in category as per the procedure laid down in Rule 5 (iv) of the . PSC (Process and Transactions of Business) Rules, 2023.

6. The candidate must choose one optional subject from the subjects listed in the Scheme of Examination for HPAS Competitive (Main) Examination-2024. No change in optional subject will be allowed after submission of Online Recruitment Application (ORA).
