चयन प्रक्रिया: – इस उद्देश्य के लिए एक चयन पैनल गठित किया जाएगा और यह 6 महीने की अवधि के लिए वैध होगा। पैनल पैनल द्वारा चुने गए उम्मीदवारों के साथ व्यक्तिगत बातचीत/साक्षात्कार आयोजित कर सकता है। सलाहकार के चयन के मामले में विभाग का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा।
