महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश:
1. उम्मीदवारों को आवश्यक योग्यता, गेट स्कोर कार्ड, जन्म तिथि प्रमाण पत्र, वांछनीय योग्यता के समर्थन में अनुभव/प्रशिक्षण/परियोजना कार्य आदि से संबंधित प्रमाणपत्रों की सुपाठ्य स्कैन की गई प्रतियों के साथ अपने आवेदन ऑनलाइन जमा करने होंगे।
2. अर्हता परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों का उल्लेख प्रतिशत में किया जाना है। सीजीपीए के मामले में, उम्मीदवारों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने विश्वविद्यालय के मानदंडों के अनुसार सीजीपीए को प्रतिशत में परिवर्तित करें।
3. उम्मीदवार, चाहे सरकारी सेवा में हों या सरकारी स्वामित्व वाले संगठनों में हों, उन्हें अपना आवेदन सीधे ऑनलाइन जमा करना चाहिए। हालाँकि, ऐसे उम्मीदवारों को एक हस्ताक्षरित घोषणा (आरएसी वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध प्रोफार्मा के अनुसार) अपलोड करना आवश्यक है कि उन्होंने अपने कैडर कंट्रोलिंग अथॉरिटी (सीसीए) को लिखित रूप में सूचित किया है कि उन्होंने डीआरडीओ में ‘जूनियर रिसर्च फेलोशिप’ पद के लिए आवेदन किया है।
4. केवल शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को ईमेल/एसएमएस/आरएसी वेबसाइट द्वारा सूचित किया जाएगा और साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
5. उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार बोर्ड के समक्ष शैक्षिक योग्यता, गेट स्कोर कार्ड, जाति, आयु और सीसीए घोषणा (जहां लागू हो) के प्रमाण के लिए पासपोर्ट आकार की तस्वीरों के साथ अपने मूल दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने होंगे। उपरोक्त दस्तावेज़ प्रस्तुत किए बिना उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार में शामिल होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
6. साक्षात्कार के लिए कोई टीए/डीए स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा: उम्मीदवारों को अपने भोजन/आवास और परिवहन की व्यवस्था स्वयं करनी होगी।
7. कृपया ध्यान दें कि फेलोशिप की पेशकश फेलो को डीआरडीओ में अवशोषण का कोई अधिकार नहीं देती है।

चयन प्रक्रिया :  GATE स्कोर के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों को व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार के लिए शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा। चयन समिति अनुसंधान कार्य के लिए उनकी योग्यता, अवधारणाओं की स्पष्टता, विश्लेषणात्मक तर्क, ज्ञान के अनुप्रयोग की क्षमता आदि का आकलन करने के लिए उम्मीदवारों का साक्षात्कार लेगी।

Important Instructions:
1. Candidates must submit their applications online along with legible scanned copies of certificates related to essential qualifications, GATE score card, date of birth certificate, experience/training/project work in support of desirable qualifications etc.
2. Marks obtained in the qualifying examination are to be mentioned in percentage. In case of CGPA, candidates are requested to convert the CGPA into percentage as per the norms of their university.
3. Candidates, whether in Government service or in Government owned organizations, should submit their applications directly online. However, such candidates are required to upload a signed declaration (as per proforma available on RAC website) that they have informed in writing to their Cadre Controlling Authority (CCA) that they have applied for the post of ‘Junior Research Fellowship’ in DRDO. Have done.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed by email/SMS/RAC website and called for interview.
5. Candidates must present their original documents along with passport size photographs for proof of educational qualification, GATE score card, caste, age and CCA declaration (wherever applicable) before the Interview Board. Candidates will not be allowed to attend the interview without submitting the above documents.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview: Candidates will have to make their own arrangements for food/accommodation and transportation.
7. Please note that the offer of Fellowship does not confer any right of absorption on the Fellow in DRDO.

Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted for personal interview on the basis of GATE score. The selection committee will interview the candidates to assess their aptitude for research work, clarity of concepts, analytical reasoning, ability to apply knowledge etc.
