नियम एवं शर्तें :
1. आयु सीमा: साक्षात्कार की तिथि के अनुसार 21 – 45 वर्ष (आयु में छूट एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी/पीडब्ल्यूडी/महिला और आईसीएआर/भारत सरकार के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार अन्य छूट प्राप्त श्रेणियां)।
2. पद पूर्णतः अस्थायी, समयबद्ध और परियोजना के साथ समाप्त होने वाला है; चयनित उम्मीदवार आईएआरआई/आईसीएआर में नियमित नियुक्तियों के लिए दावा नहीं करेंगे।
3. वेतन प्रकृति में निश्चित है और उम्मीदवार किसी भी वेतन वृद्धि और अन्य सरकारी सुविधाओं के लिए दावा नहीं कर सकता है।
4. उम्मीदवारों को अनिवार्य रूप से भरा हुआ आवेदन पत्र (संलग्न प्रारूप के अनुसार), मैट्रिक से आगे के सभी मूल प्रमाण पत्र, जन्मतिथि प्रमाण पत्र, लाना होगा।
नेट/समकक्ष प्रमाणपत्र, डिग्री प्रमाणपत्र या तो मूल या अनंतिम और मैट्रिक से आगे के सभी आवश्यक प्रमाणपत्रों की स्वप्रमाणित फोटोकॉपी का एक सेट और आवेदन पत्र पर चिपकाया गया एक हालिया पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटो। अनुभव और प्रकाशन का प्रमाण भी जमा करना होगा। भरा हुआ आवेदन पत्र और प्रासंगिक दस्तावेज एक ही फाइल में ईमेल आईडी: sudipta_basu@yahoo.com पर 20.05.2024 तक भेजे जा सकते हैं।
5. वाईपी-II किसी भी नियमित छुट्टी का हकदार नहीं होगा, लेकिन उन्हें समय-समय पर सीएल और आरएच की अनुमति होगी, जो एक वर्ष में 10 दिनों से अधिक नहीं होगी। YP-II पूर्णकालिक कार्यकर्ता हैं और उन्हें ICAR-IARI के प्रशासनिक, वित्तीय और अनुशासनात्मक नियमों का पालन करना आवश्यक है, इसलिए उपस्थिति रजिस्टर रखकर YP-II की नियमित उपस्थिति बनाए रखी जाएगी।
6. चयनित उम्मीदवार की निरंतरता प्रधान अन्वेषक द्वारा हर छह महीने में समीक्षा की गई प्रगति पर निर्भर करेगी। हालाँकि, उसकी नियुक्ति एक माह पूर्व सूचना देकर किसी भी समय समाप्त की जा सकती है।
7. केवल आवश्यक योग्यताएं पूरी करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों का ही साक्षात्कार लिया जाएगा। सभी शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को ईमेल द्वारा पुष्टिकरण मेल भेजा जाएगा।
8. यदि वह कार्यरत है तो नियोक्ता से अनापत्ति प्रमाणपत्र और अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र आवश्यक है।
9. सभी उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार की तिथि पर विधिवत हस्ताक्षरित और जमा किया गया घोषणापत्र भी अनिवार्य रूप से प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक है।
10. साक्षात्कार के लिए रिपोर्टिंग समय और तारीख: सुबह 10.30 बजे। 27.05.2024 को बीज विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी प्रभाग, आईसीएआर-आईएआरआई, नई दिल्ली-110012 में। निर्धारित समय के बाद रिपोर्ट करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार में शामिल होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
11. साक्षात्कार में भाग लेने के इच्छुक उम्मीदवार, यदि उम्मीदवार का कोई निकट या दूर का रिश्तेदार आईसीएआर/आईएआरआई का कर्मचारी है, तो उम्मीदवार को अपना नाम, पदनाम, कर्तव्यों की प्रकृति, संबंध लिखित रूप में घोषित करना होगा। 20 मई, 2024 तक हस्ताक्षरित पते पर पहुंचें। यदि ऐसी घोषणा साक्षात्कार की तिथि पर प्रस्तुत की जाती है और पाया जाता है कि उसका रिश्तेदार आईसीएआर/आईएआरआई का कर्मचारी है, तो ऐसे उम्मीदवार को साक्षात्कार के लिए अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
12. साक्षात्कार में भाग लेने के लिए कोई टीए/डीए का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा।
13. कृपया ध्यान दें कि, यदि साक्षात्कार की तिथि पर दी गई कोई भी जानकारी या घोषणा सही पाई जाती है, तो ऐसे उम्मीदवार को साक्षात्कार में उपस्थित होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
14. तथ्यों को छुपाने या किसी भी रूप में प्रचार करने पर उम्मीदवार को अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा या बर्खास्त कर दिया जाएगा। सक्षम प्राधिकारी का निर्णय सभी मामलों में अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा।

चयन प्रक्रिया : चयन साक्षात्कार पर आधारित होगा।

Terms and Conditions:
1. Age Limit: 21 – 45 years as on the date of interview (Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women and other relaxed categories as per ICAR/Government of India guidelines).
2. The post is purely temporary, time bound and co-terminus with the project; Selected candidates will not claim for regular appointments in IARI/ICAR.
3. The salary is fixed in nature and the candidate cannot claim for any increment and other government facilities.
4. Candidates must bring essentially filled application form (as per attached format), all original certificates from Matriculation onwards, date of birth certificate, etc.
NET/equivalent certificate, Degree certificate either original or provisional and one set of self-attested photocopies of all required certificates from Matriculation onwards and a recent passport size photograph pasted on the application form. Proof of experience and publications will also have to be submitted. 5. YP-II will not be entitled to any regular leave but will be allowed CL and RH from time to time not exceeding 10 days in a year. YP-IIs are full-time workers and are required to follow the administrative, financial and disciplinary rules of ICAR-IARI, hence regular attendance of YP-IIs will be maintained by maintaining attendance register.
6. Continuity of the selected candidate will depend on the progress reviewed by the Principal Investigator every six months. However, his appointment can be terminated at any time by giving one month’s prior notice.
7. Only those candidates who fulfill the required qualifications will be interviewed. Confirmation mail will be sent by email to all shortlisted candidates.
8. If he is employed then no objection certificate and experience certificate from the employer is required.
9. All candidates are also required to submit the declaration form duly signed and submitted on the date of interview.
10. Reporting time and date for interview: 10.30 am. on 27.05.2024 at the Division of Seed Science and Technology, ICAR-IARI, New Delhi-110012. Candidates reporting after the scheduled time will not be allowed to attend the interview.
11. Candidates desirous of attending the interview, if any near or distant relative of the candidate is an employee of ICAR/IARI, must declare in writing his/her name, designation, nature of duties, relationship. Reach signed address by May 20, 2024. If such declaration is submitted on the date of interview and it is found that his/her relative is an employee of ICAR/IARI, such candidate will not be allowed for interview.
12. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
13. Please note that, if any information or declaration given on the date of interview is found to be incorrect, such candidate will not be allowed to appear in the interview.
14. Suppression of facts or canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification or dismissal of the candidate. The decision of the competent authority will be final and binding in all matters.
