आवेदन कैसे करें : आवेदन करने के लिए आवेदक को INCOIS की वेबसाइट https://vacancies.incois.gov.in पर उपलब्ध ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरना होगा और स्कैन किए गए दस्तावेजों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में अपलोड करना होगा। उम्मीदवारों को डाक या ई-मेल के माध्यम से कोई हार्ड कॉपी भेजने की आवश्यकता नहीं है, लेकिन साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाए जाने पर उन्हें अपने साथ रखना होगा।

आवेदकों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने के निर्देश :

i. ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र और पद की भर्ती का विवरण https://vacancies.incois.gov.in पर उपलब्ध है

ii. ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने से पहले, आवेदकों से अनुरोध है कि वे वेबसाइट https://vacancies.incois.gov.in/ पर पोस्ट के विवरण और पोस्ट की सामग्री को ध्यान से पढ़ लें।

iii. शैक्षिक योग्यता, अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र, जन्म तिथि, विकलांगता (ओएच, पीएच), जाति (एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी) प्रमाण पत्र आदि की सुपाठ्य स्कैन की गई प्रतियों के साथ अग्रिम रूप से ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करें, पीडीएफ प्रारूप में अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र जो अधिकतम नहीं होना चाहिए। प्रत्येक दस्तावेज़/अनुलग्नक के लिए 500 KB. यदि प्रमाणपत्र अंग्रेजी या हिंदी के अलावा किसी अन्य भाषा में हैं तो सत्यापित अनुवाद अपलोड करना होगा। आवेदकों को अधोहस्ताक्षरी को हार्ड कॉपी भेजने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

iv. एक हालिया पासपोर्ट आकार का रंगीन फोटोग्राफ (स्कैन किया हुआ) .jpg प्रारूप में होना चाहिए (आकार 100 KB से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए)।

v. हस्ताक्षर (स्कैन किया हुआ) .jpg प्रारूप में होना चाहिए (आकार 100KB से अधिक नहीं)

vi. आवेदकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे ऑनलाइन आवेदन में अपने सभी विवरण सावधानीपूर्वक भरें। अधूरा आवेदन अस्वीकृत हो सकता है।

vii. आवेदकों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे भविष्य में संदर्भ के लिए जमा किए गए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की पावती और प्रिंट आउट अपने पास रखें।

चयन प्रक्रिया : साक्षात्कार पर आधारित होगा।

How to Apply: To apply, applicants must fill the online application form available on INCOIS website https://vacancies.incois.gov.in and upload the scanned documents in the online application form. Candidates are not required to send any hard copy through post or e-mail but must keep it with them when called for interview.

Instructions to applicants for submitting online applications:

i. Online application form and details of recruitment to the post are available at https://vacancies.incois.gov.in

ii. Before submitting online application, applicants are requested to read the details of the post and content of the post carefully on the website https://vacancies.incois.gov.in/.

iii. Submit online application in advance along with legible scanned copies of educational qualification, experience certificate, date of birth, disability (OH, PH), caste (SC/ST/OBC) certificate etc., No Objection Certificate in PDF format Which should not be the maximum. 500 KB for each document/attachment. If the certificates are in any language other than English or Hindi then a verified translation will have to be uploaded. Applicants are not required to send hard copy to the undersigned.

iv. One recent passport size color photograph (scanned) should be in .jpg format (size should not exceed 100 KB).

v. Signature (scanned) should be in .jpg format (size not more than 100KB)

vi. Applicants are advised to fill all their details carefully in the online application. Incomplete application may be rejected.

vii. Applicants are advised to retain the acknowledgment and print out of the submitted online application for future reference.
