(c) प्रासंगिक दस्तावेजों के साथ आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि 25.04.2024 है। हालाँकि, वर्तमान में दूर-दराज के क्षेत्र यानी असम, मेघालय, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा, सिक्किम, केंद्र शासित प्रदेश लद्दाख, लाहुल और स्पीति जिले और पांगी उप-मंडल में रहने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि हिमाचल प्रदेश का चंबा जिला, केंद्र शासित प्रदेश अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह और लक्षद्वीप 02.05.2024 है। दूर-दराज के क्षेत्रों से आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को लिफाफे पर “सुदूर-दराज का क्षेत्र” लिखना चाहिए। आवेदन पत्र में ऊपर उल्लिखित पत्राचार पते की तुलना में लिफाफे पर ”दूर-दराज का क्षेत्र” की झूठी घोषणा के मामले में, इसे सरसरी तौर पर ‘अस्वीकृत’ कर दिया जाएगा।

(d) अपूर्ण आवेदन पत्र या प्रासंगिक दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियों द्वारा समर्थित नहीं होना या पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा नहीं करना या आरएफसीएल के किसी अन्य पते पर प्राप्त होना या नियत तारीख के बाद प्राप्त होना, संक्षेप में ‘अस्वीकृत’ कर दिया जाएगा।

(e) उम्मीदवारों को ध्यान देना चाहिए कि आवेदनों की जांच और शॉर्टलिस्टिंग निर्धारित आवेदन पत्र के साथ संलग्न दस्तावेजों के आधार पर की जाएगी। भर्ती के किसी भी चरण में उम्मीदवारों से कोई भी अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने के लिए कहा जा सकता है, जो कि उम्मीदवार की पात्रता स्थापित करने के लिए आवश्यक माना जाता है। विज्ञापन में निर्धारित पात्रता मानदंड। दस्तावेजों की उपलब्धता/अनुपलब्धता के संबंध में उम्मीदवारों द्वारा कोई अंतरिम पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

(c) Last date for receipt of applications along with relevant documents is 25.04.2024. However, at present there is no opening for receiving applications for candidates residing in remote areas i.e. Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Union Territory Ladakh, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division. Last date of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep is 02.05.2024. Candidates applying from remote areas should write “Remote Area” on the envelope. In case of false declaration of “Remote Area” on the envelope as compared to the correspondence address mentioned above in the application form, it will be summarily rejected.

(d) Incomplete application forms or not supported by self-attested copies of relevant documents or not meeting the eligibility criteria or received at any other address of RFCL or received after the due date, will be summarily rejected as ‘Rejected’ .

(e) Candidates should note that scrutiny and shortlisting of applications will be done on the basis of documents attached with the prescribed application form. At any stage of recruitment candidates may be asked to submit any additional documents which are considered necessary to establish the eligibility of the candidate. Eligibility criteria prescribed in the advertisement. No interim correspondence will be entertained by the candidates regarding availability/unavailability of documents.

(f) Only one application per candidate per post is permitted.

(g) Before filling the application form, candidates should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria.
