आवेदन कैसे करें : इच्छुक और योग्य उम्मीदवार SAIL की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट cell.co.in पर 17.04.2024 से 08.05.2024 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

– योग्य और इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों को SAIL वेबसाइट (SAIL करियर वेबसाइट) के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा। आवेदन का कोई अन्य माध्यम/मोड स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
– आवेदन करने से पहले उम्मीदवारों को यह सुनिश्चित कर लेना चाहिए कि वे सभी पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करते हैं। उनका पंजीकरण अनंतिम होगा और केवल प्रवेश पत्र/कौशल/ट्रेड टेस्ट/साक्षात्कार/कॉल लेटर जारी होने से उम्मीदवारी की स्वीकृति नहीं होगी।
– “लॉगिन” या “लागू करें” पर क्लिक करें, यदि नया उपयोगकर्ता है, तो पहले एक बार पंजीकरण पूरा करें और फिर “पंजीकृत उपयोगकर्ता” पर जाएं और उपयोगकर्ता आईडी और पासवर्ड का उपयोग करके आगे बढ़ें।
– आवेदक को अपनी आवश्यक जानकारी भरनी होगी और नीचे बताए अनुसार फोटोग्राफ और हस्ताक्षर और आवश्यक प्रमाण पत्र/दस्तावेज अपलोड करना होगा।
– अटेंडेंट-कम-टेक्निशियन (ट्रेनी) के पद के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को एनसीवीटी/एनसीवीईटी द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त मैट्रिकुलेशन पासिंग सर्टिफिकेट और नेशनल अप्रेंटिसशिप सर्टिफिकेट (एनएसी) के साथ स्कैन की गई प्रतियां (पीडीएफ फाइल फॉर्मेट में) अपलोड करनी होंगी।
– एक बार सभी आवश्यक विवरण दर्ज करने के बाद, उम्मीदवार को दर्ज किए गए विवरणों की समीक्षा करने और पुष्टि करने की आवश्यकता होती है। एक बार पुष्टि हो जाने पर, किसी भी संपादन की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
– आवेदन और/या प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क का अपेक्षित भुगतान ऑनलाइन मोड के माध्यम से करें। आवेदन पूरा होने के बाद भुगतान के लिए लिंक उपलब्ध होगा। उम्मीदवार को आवेदन/प्रसंस्करण शुल्क के अतिरिक्त शुल्क भी वहन करना होगा।
– उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन और/या प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क की ई-रसीद की प्रति अपने पास रखनी चाहिए क्योंकि उन्हें भविष्य में संदर्भ के लिए इसे प्रस्तुत करने के लिए कहा जा सकता है।
– सभी आवश्यक चरण पूरे होने के बाद आवेदन जमा करें और एप्लिकेशन आईडी के साथ आवेदन का प्रिंट आउट ले लें।
– एक पंजीकृत उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी भर्ती प्रक्रिया के किसी भी चरण में या यहां तक कि शामिल होने पर भी खारिज कर दी जा सकती है, यदि उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्रदान की गई कोई भी जानकारी गलत पाई जाती है या किसी भी चरण में पात्रता मानदंडों के अनुरूप नहीं होती है या यदि उम्मीदवार ऐसा करने में विफल रहता है अपनी पात्रता के समर्थन में वैध दस्तावेजी प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करें।
-ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरते समय अभ्यर्थियों को सभी चरणों का ध्यानपूर्वक पालन करना होगा। अपूर्ण आवेदन/प्रसंस्करण शुल्क और/या आवेदन शुल्क के बिना या किसी पात्रता मानदंड को पूरा न करने वाले आवेदन को सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दिया जाएगा। इस संबंध में आवेदकों से कोई संचार स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
– उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने के निर्देशों (आवेदन पृष्ठ पर उपलब्ध) को ध्यान से पढ़ें।

चयन का तरीका : –
पदों के लिए अनंतिम रूप से पात्र उम्मीदवारों का चयन कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (सीबीटी) और साक्षात्कार या साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। इसकी सूचना पात्र उम्मीदवारों को प्रवेश पत्र/कॉल लेटर, ईमेल/एसएमएस और सेल वेबसाइट के माध्यम से दी जाएगी। यदि सीबीटी किया जाएगा, तो एडमिट कार्ड डाउनलोड करने के लिए सेल वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध होगा। सीबीटी के मामले में, दो खंडों में 150 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होंगे यानी डोमेन / व्यावसायिक ज्ञान पर 50 और एप्टीट्यूड टेस्ट पर 100। सीबीटी में न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक अनारक्षित पद के लिए 50 प्रतिशत स्कोर और आरक्षित पदों के लिए एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी (एनसीएल) के लिए 40 प्रतिशत स्कोर होगा। प्रत्येक पद/विषय के लिए 1:3 के अनुपात में योग्यता के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के लिए शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा। यदि प्राप्त कट-ऑफ अंक एक से अधिक उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्राप्त किए जाते हैं, तो उन सभी को साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। सीबीटी के मामले में साक्षात्कार में कोई योग्यता अंक नहीं होगा। अंतिम चयन के लिए, सीबीटी और साक्षात्कार के अंकों को क्रमशः 80:20 के वेटेज के साथ मिलाकर मेरिट सूची तैयार की जाएगी। यदि कट-ऑफ अंकों में समानता है, तो पात्रता योग्यता में उच्च अंक वाले उम्मीदवार का चयन किया जाएगा। यदि चयन केवल साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से होगा, तो न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक अनारक्षित पदों के लिए 50% और एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी (एनसीएल)/पीडब्ल्यूबीडी के लिए आरक्षित पदों के लिए 40% होंगे।

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates can apply online at SAIL official website cell.co.in from 26.03.2024 to 16.04.2024.

– Eligible and interested candidates must apply online through SAIL website (SAIL Career Website). No other medium/mode of application will be accepted.
Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria. Their registration will be provisional and mere issue of admit card/skill/trade test/interview/call letter will not constitute acceptance of candidature.
– Click on “Login” or “Apply”, if new user, first complete the registration once and then go to “Registered User” and proceed using the User ID and Password.
– Applicant has to fill his/her required information and upload photograph and signature and required certificates/documents as mentioned below.
– Candidates applying for the post of Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee) must upload scanned copies (in PDF file format) of Matriculation Passing Certificate and National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) recognized by NCVT/NCVET.
– Once all the required details are entered, the candidate needs to review and confirm the details entered. Once confirmed, no edits will be allowed.
– Make the requisite payment of application and/or processing fee through online mode. Link for payment will be available after completion of application. The candidate will also have to bear the charges in addition to the application/processing fee.
– Candidates should retain a copy of the e-receipt of application and/or processing fee as they may be asked to produce the same for future reference.
– After completing all the required steps, submit the application and take a print out of the application along with the application ID.
– The candidature of a registered candidate may be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process or even at the time of joining, if any information provided by the candidate is found incorrect or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria at any stage. or if the candidate fails to do so and submit valid documentary evidence in support of his/her eligibility.

Method of selection :-
Candidates provisionally eligible for the posts will be selected through Computer Based Test (CBT) and interview or interview. This information will be given to the eligible candidates through admit card/call letter, email/SMS and SAIL website. If CBT will be conducted, the admit card will be available on SAIL website for downloading. In case of CBT, there will be 150 multiple choice questions in two sections i.e. 50 on domain/professional knowledge and 100 on aptitude test. The minimum qualifying marks in CBT will be 50 percent score for unreserved posts and 40 percent score for SC/ST/OBC (NCL) for reserved posts. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview on the basis of merit in the ratio of 1:3 for each post/subject. If the cut-off marks obtained are obtained by more than one candidate, all of them will be called for interview. There will be no qualifying marks in interview in case of CBT. For final selection, the merit list will be prepared by combining the marks of CBT and Interview with weightage of 80:20 respectively. If there is equality in the cut-off marks, the candidate with higher marks in the eligibility criteria will be selected. If the selection will be through interview only, the minimum qualifying marks will be 50% for unreserved posts and 40% for reserved posts for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWBD.
