आवेदन कैसे करें :इच्छुक और योग्य उम्मीदवार एचपीपीएससी की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट hppsc.hp.gov.in पर 01-01-2024 से 27-01-2024 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन (ORA) भरने के लिए विस्तृत निर्देश आयोग की वेबसाइट यानी “http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc” पर उपलब्ध हैं।

1. इच्छुक/योग्य उम्मीदवारों को आयोग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट यानी http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा। किसी अन्य माध्यम से प्राप्त आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे और सीधे खारिज कर दिए जाएंगे।

2. इच्छुक और योग्य उम्मीदवार आयोग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट (http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc) पर जाएं और होम पेज पर “ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें” लिंक पर क्लिक करें। खुले हुए पेज पर

उम्मीदवार “परीक्षाओं के लिए वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन (ओटीआर)” लिंक पर क्लिक करेंगे और खुले पेज पर पंजीकरण करेंगे और यदि पहले से पंजीकृत नहीं हैं तो “न्यू रजिस्ट्रेशन” पर क्लिक करके अपना प्रोफ़ाइल बनाएंगे। पंजीकरण के बाद या यदि पहले से पंजीकृत है, तो उम्मीदवार को ओटीआर पेज में अपने खाते में लॉग इन करना होगा, लॉग इन करने के बाद, लाइव की सूची

उम्मीदवार को डैशबोर्ड पर विज्ञापन प्रदर्शित किये जायेंगे। उम्मीदवार किसी विशेष पद के लिए इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से ही आवेदन करेंगे। विज्ञापन के अनुसार अपेक्षित दस्तावेज अपलोड करने के बाद ही उम्मीदवार का आवेदन जमा किया जाएगा। आवेदन जमा करने से पहले, उम्मीदवार को एक वचन/घोषणा देनी होगी कि:-

“यह प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि मैंने अपलोड किए गए सभी अपेक्षित दस्तावेज़ों के पूर्वावलोकन की जाँच कर ली है और मैं संतुष्ट हूँ कि दस्तावेज़ सुपाठ्य, पढ़ने योग्य और सत्य हैं। मैं अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेजों के न पढ़ने योग्य/स्कैनिंग की खराब गुणवत्ता के एकमात्र कारणों के आधार पर अपनी उम्मीदवारी को अस्वीकार करने पर आपत्ति नहीं जताऊंगा।”

3. ऑनलाइन भर्ती आवेदन जमा करने के बाद उम्मीदवारों को कोई भी दस्तावेज जमा करने का कोई और अवसर नहीं दिया जाएगा।

4. ऑनलाइन मोड में जमा किया गया आवेदन केवल तभी सफलतापूर्वक जमा किया गया माना जाएगा जब शुल्क का भुगतान स्वीकार कर लिया गया हो (छूट प्राप्त श्रेणियों को छोड़कर) और शुल्क आयोग के खाते में जमा कर दिया गया हो।

5. उम्मीदवार की स्कैन की गई नवीनतम तस्वीर या हस्ताक्षर के बिना आवेदन सीधे खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।

चयन प्रक्रिया : चयन प्रारंभिक और मुख्य लिखित परीक्षा, साक्षात्कार पर आधारित होगा।

1. Interested/eligible candidates must apply online through the official website of the Commission i.e. http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc. Applications received through any other means will not be accepted and will be rejected outright.

2. Interested and eligible candidates visit the official website of the Commission (http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc) and click on “Apply Online” link on the home page. on the open page

Candidates will click on the link “One Time Registration for Examinations (OTR)” and register on the opened page and create their profile by clicking on “New Registration” if not already registered. After registration or if already registered, candidate has to login to his/her account in OTR page, after logging in, the list of live

Advertisements will be displayed on the candidate’s dashboard. Candidates will apply for a particular post through this portal only. The candidate’s application will be submitted only after uploading the required documents as per the advertisement. Before submitting the application, the candidate must give an undertaking/declaration that:-

“This is to certify that I have checked the preview of all the required documents uploaded and I am satisfied that the documents are legible, readable and true. I will not object to rejection of my candidature on the sole grounds of illegibility/poor quality of scanning of the uploaded documents.”

3. After submission of Online Recruitment Application, candidates will not be given any further opportunity to submit any document.

4. Application submitted in online mode will be considered successfully submitted only when the payment of fee has been accepted (except for exempted categories) and the fee has been credited to the account of the Commission.

5. Applications without latest scanned photograph or signature of the candidate will be straight away rejected.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on preliminary and main written examination, interview.
