आवेदन कैसे करें : इच्छुक और योग्य उम्मीदवार RITES की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं, जो 24-11-2023 से 10-12-2023 तक शुरू होगा।

1. आवेदन करने से पहले उम्मीदवारों को यह सुनिश्चित कर लेना चाहिए कि वे पद की आवश्यक शर्तों और आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करते हैं।

2. उपरोक्त निर्धारित पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करने वाले इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों को राइट्स वेबसाइट, http://www.rites.com के कैरियर अनुभाग में उपलब्ध पंजीकरण प्रारूप में ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा।

3. ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करते समय; सिस्टम उम्मीदवार द्वारा भरे गए ऑनलाइन फॉर्म के शीर्ष पर ‘पंजीकरण संख्या’ उत्पन्न करेगा। इस “पंजीकरण संख्या” को नोट कर लें। और राइट्स लिमिटेड के साथ आगे के सभी संचार के लिए इसे उद्धृत करें।

4. आवश्यक विवरण भरते समय, उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे “पहचान प्रमाण” का विवरण सावधानीपूर्वक और सही ढंग से भरें। उम्मीदवारों को यह भी सलाह दी जाती है कि वे इसे नोट करें और समान पहचान प्रमाण की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करें क्योंकि चयन के बाद के चरणों (यदि कहा जाता है) में इसे मूल रूप में प्रस्तुत करना आवश्यक होगा।

5. “आवेदन पत्र भरें/संशोधित करें” के तहत आवश्यक विवरण भरने के बाद, उम्मीदवार को आवेदन जमा करना चाहिए।

6. उम्मीदवारों को यह भी सलाह दी जाती है कि वे जमा किए गए आवेदन पत्र की एक प्रति अपने पास रखें और दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन/साक्षात्कार के समय इसे अपने साथ रखें।

7. पंजीकरण संख्या वाले ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र की एक प्रति मुद्रित, हस्ताक्षरित और दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन/साक्षात्कार के समय केवल ऊपर से नीचे दिए गए क्रम में निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों की मूल प्रति के साथ स्वयं प्रमाणित फोटोकॉपी के साथ प्रस्तुत की जानी है:

एक। 1 पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो

बी। जन्मतिथि के प्रमाण के लिए हाई स्कूल प्रमाणपत्र

सी। शैक्षणिक और व्यावसायिक योग्यताओं के प्रमाण पत्र और सभी सेमेस्टर/वर्षों (दसवीं, बारहवीं, डिप्लोमा/स्नातक/स्नातकोत्तर जो भी लागू हो) के लिए सभी योग्यताओं के अंकों का विवरण।

डी। सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित प्रारूप में EWS/SC/ST/OBC प्रमाण पत्र। भारत का (यदि लागू हो)

इ। पहचान और पते का प्रमाण (पासपोर्ट, मतदाता पहचान पत्र, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, आधार कार्ड आदि)

एफ। पैन कार्ड

जी। आवेदन पत्र में दावा किए गए अनुभव की विभिन्न अवधियों का प्रमाण (यदि लागू हो)

एच। आपकी उम्मीदवारी के समर्थन में कोई अन्य दस्तावेज़

मैं। नवीनतम प्रारूप के अनुसार PWD प्रमाणपत्र (यदि लागू हो)।

फिलहाल कोई दस्तावेज जमा नहीं करना है. यदि आवश्यक हो तो उम्मीदवारों को बाद के चरण में प्रासंगिक दस्तावेज जमा करने के लिए कहा जा सकता है।

8. कृपया अपने आवेदन में आपके द्वारा किए गए दावों के संबंध में अपने पिछले नियोक्ता से प्राप्त अनुभव प्रमाणपत्रों की प्रतियां संलग्न करें। वर्तमान रोजगार के संबंध में, पिछले महीनों की वेतन पर्चियों के साथ अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र/ज्वाइनिंग लेटर, या, फॉर्म 16 और अन्य दस्तावेज जो स्पष्ट रूप से नौकरी में आपकी निरंतरता को साबित करते हैं, संलग्न करना होगा। यदि आपका दावा आपके द्वारा प्रस्तुत किए गए सबूतों से स्थापित नहीं होता है; आपका आवेदन अस्वीकार किया जा सकता है। कृपया अपने दावों और आपके द्वारा प्रस्तुत प्रमाणपत्रों की सावधानीपूर्वक जांच करें। अपूर्ण आवेदन या अपर्याप्त सबूत के कारण आपका आवेदन अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा। बाद के चरण में किसी भी दावे पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

9. सीटीसी/वेतन के प्रमाण के लिए, उम्मीदवारों को अपने अंतिम फॉर्म नंबर 16/अर्निंग कार्ड/वेतन पर्ची/मूल्यांकन पत्र/किसी अन्य उपयुक्त दस्तावेज की एक प्रति जमा करनी होगी।

10. सामुदायिक प्रमाणपत्र (एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी) केवल भारत सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित प्रारूप में होना चाहिए। भारत सरकार के निर्धारित प्रारूप में 12 महीने से अधिक पुराने प्रमाण पत्र (उम्मीदवार का “क्रीमी लेयर” से संबंधित नहीं होने का स्पष्ट उल्लेख) के साथ केंद्रीय सूची में शामिल ओबीसी उम्मीदवारों पर केवल ओबीसी के लिए आरक्षित पदों के लिए विचार किया जाएगा। ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाणपत्र भी भारत सरकार के प्रारूप के अनुसार होना चाहिए।

11. दस्तावेजों की हार्ड कॉपी इस कार्यालय को डाक/कूरियर के माध्यम से नहीं भेजी जानी चाहिए। दस्तावेज़ केवल RITES पोर्टल पर अपलोड किए जाने हैं।

12. मूल प्रशंसापत्र/दस्तावेजों को एक स्व-सत्यापित प्रति के साथ उम्मीदवार को दस्तावेज़ जांच के समय प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

13. जिन अभ्यर्थियों ने ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण कराया है, लेकिन जिनका आवेदन निर्धारित तिथि तक जमा नहीं हुआ है, उनकी उम्मीदवारी पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। कंपनी केवल ऐसे आवेदनों पर विचार करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है जो निर्धारित तिथि तक प्राप्त होते हैं। राइट्स लिमिटेड किसी भी कारण से होने वाली देरी के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं लेता है।

14. केवल पद के लिए आवेदन करने/दस्तावेज जमा करने/चयन में उपस्थित होने या अर्हता प्राप्त करने से उम्मीदवारों को चयन का दावा करने का कोई अधिकार नहीं मिल जाता है। यदि यह पाया जाता है कि कोई उम्मीदवार विज्ञापित पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा नहीं करता है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दी जाएगी।

15. उम्मीदवारों को एक रिक्ति के लिए केवल एक ही आवेदन जमा करना चाहिए और एक बार आवेदन जमा करने के बाद उसमें बदलाव नहीं किया जा सकता है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने के लिए एक वैध ई-मेल आईडी आवश्यक है। राइट्स उम्मीदवारों को भेजे गए किसी भी ई-मेल के बाउंस होने के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। हालाँकि, उम्मीदवार किसी भी संख्या में रिक्तियों के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

16. उम्मीदवारों को अपनी उम्मीदवारी से संबंधित सभी विवरण प्रस्तुत करने होंगे। व्यक्तिगत विवरण, शैक्षिक योग्यता विवरण, अनुभव विवरण, श्रेणी आदि। इस संबंध में यदि कोई दमन होता है, तो भविष्य की तारीख में इसका पता चलने पर उम्मीदवारी जब्त कर ली जाएगी।

17. यदि किसी उम्मीदवार द्वारा किया गया कोई भी दावा गलत पाया जाता है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दी जाएगी।

चयन प्रक्रिया :- 

– चयन के विभिन्न मापदंडों का वेटेज वितरण निम्नानुसार होगा:

साक्षात्कार – 100%

(तकनीकी और व्यावसायिक दक्षता – 65%; व्यक्तित्व संचार और योग्यता – 35%)

कुल – 100%

– साक्षात्कार में यूआर/ईडब्ल्यूएस के लिए न्यूनतम 60% अंक (आरक्षित पदों के लिए एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी (एनसीएल)/पीडब्ल्यूडी के लिए 50%) की आवश्यकता होगी ताकि उम्मीदवार को पैनल पर नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जा सके। कुल मिलाकर कोई न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक आवश्यक नहीं होंगे।

उम्मीदवारों को दावा की गई शैक्षणिक योग्यता और अनुभव की प्रतियां प्रस्तुत करनी होंगी जिन्हें उचित चरण में मूल दस्तावेजों से सत्यापित किया जाएगा और मूल स्रोत से सत्यापन के अधीन होगा।

– पात्रता की शर्तों को पूरा करने के आधार पर; उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के लिए शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा। चयनित उम्मीदवारों की नियुक्ति संबंधित पद के लिए RITES नियमों और मेडिकल फिटनेस के मानकों के अनुसार आयोजित की जाने वाली मेडिकल परीक्षा में चिकित्सकीय रूप से फिट पाए जाने पर होगी।

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online at RITES official website starting from 24-11-2023 to 10-12-2023.

1. Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the essential conditions and requirements of the post.

2. Interested candidates satisfying the eligibility criteria prescribed above must apply online in the registration format available in the Career section of the RITES website, http://www.rites.com.

3. While submitting online application; The system will generate ‘Registration Number’ at the top of the online form filled by the candidate. Note down this “Registration Number”. And quote this for all further communications with Rights Limited.

4. While filling the required details, candidates are advised to fill the “Identity Proof” details carefully and correctly. Candidates are also advised to note the same and ensure availability of similar identity proof as it will be required to produce the same in original at subsequent stages of selection (if called for).

5. After filling the required details under “Fill/Modify Application Form”, the candidate should submit the application.

6. Candidates are also advised to retain a copy of the submitted application form and carry it at the time of document verification/interview.

7. A copy of the online application form bearing the registration number is to be printed, signed and presented at the time of document verification/interview only along with self-attested photocopies of the following documents in original in the order given above:

One. 1 passport size photo

B. High School Certificate for Proof of Date of Birth

C. Certificates of educational and professional qualifications and details of marks of all qualifications for all semesters/years (10th, 12th, Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation as applicable).

No documents have to be submitted at present. Candidates may be asked to submit relevant documents at a later stage, if required.

8. Please attach copies of the experience certificates obtained from your previous employer in respect of the claims made by you in your application. In respect of current employment, experience certificate/joining letter along with salary slips of previous months, or, Form 16 and other documents which clearly prove your continuity in the job must be attached. If your claim is not established by the evidence you present; Your application may be rejected. Please carefully check your claims and the certificates you present. Your application will be rejected due to incomplete application or insufficient evidence. No claims will be considered at any later stage.

9. For proof of CTC/Salary, candidates must submit a copy of their last Form No. 16/Earning Card/Salary Slip/Appraisal Letter/any other appropriate document.

10. Community Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) should be in the format prescribed by Government of India only. OBC candidates included in the Central List with certificates not older than 12 months in the prescribed format of Government of India (clearly mentioning that the candidate does not belong to the “Creamy Layer”) will only be considered for the posts reserved for OBCs. EWS certificate should also be as per the Government of India format.

11. Hard copies of documents should not be sent to this office through post/courier. Documents are to be uploaded on RITES portal only.

12. Original testimonials/documents along with a self-attested copy must be submitted by the candidate at the time of document verification.

13. Candidates who have registered online but whose application has not been submitted by the due date, will not be considered. The Company reserves the right to consider only such applications which are received by the prescribed date. RITES LTD accepts no responsibility for delays caused by any reason.

14. Mere applying for the post/submitting documents/appearing in the selection or qualifying the post does not confer any right on the candidates to claim selection. If it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the advertised eligibility criteria, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected.

15. Candidates should submit only one application for one vacancy and changes cannot be made in the application once submitted. A valid e-mail ID is required to submit online application. RITES will not be responsible for bounce of any e-mail sent to the candidates. However, candidates can apply for any number of vacancies.

16. Candidates must submit all details relating to their candidature. Personal details, educational qualification details, experience details, category etc. If there is any suppression in this regard, the candidature will be forfeited if detected at a future date.

17. If any claim made by a candidate is found to be false, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected.

Selection Process :-

– Weightage distribution of various criteria of selection will be as follows:

Interview – 100%

(Technical and Professional Efficiency – 65%; Personality Communication and Aptitude – 35%)

Total – 100%

– A minimum of 60% marks for UR/EWS (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD for reserved posts) will be required in the interview for the candidate to be considered for appointment on the panel. Overall no minimum qualifying marks will be required.

Candidates must submit copies of claimed educational qualifications and experience which will be verified from original documents at the appropriate stage and subject to verification from the original source.

– Based on meeting the eligibility conditions; Candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the medical examination to be conducted as per RITES rules and standards of medical fitness for the concerned post.

-Candidates have the option to appear for interview in Hindi or English.
