आवेदन कैसे करें:

अभ्यर्थियों को निम्नलिखित मूल प्रमाणपत्रों और ज़ेरॉक्स प्रतियों के एक सेट के साथ फिजिकल मोड में वॉक-इन भर्ती में भाग लेकर आवेदन जमा करना होगा।

a. नवीनतम पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटो

f. पीजी डिग्री अंक मेमो/सुपर-स्पेशलिटी डिग्री अंक मेमो

g. मेडिकल काउंसिल पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र

h.उम्मीदवार, जो वीएच/एमएच/एचएच/ओएच रिक्ति के लिए दावा करते हैं, उन्हें संबंधित मेडिकल बोर्ड या एसएडीएआरईएम द्वारा जारी उस सीमा तक विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

i. एससी/एसटी/बीसी या सामाजिक स्थिति के मामले में जाति प्रमाण पत्र (ईडब्ल्यूएस का दावा करने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए) सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी प्रमाण पत्र। यदि जाति प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया है, तो ऐसे उम्मीदवार को ओसी माना जाता है।

 चयन प्रक्रिया:

A. निम्नलिखित अंक मैट्रिक्स के आधार पर वॉक-इन-रिक्रूटमेंट में भाग लेने वाले सभी आवेदकों की उम्मीदवारी के साथ मेरिट सूची तैयार की जाएगी।

B. कुल अंक: 100.

C. पीजी डिग्री / डीएनबी में प्राप्त अंक का 75%

D. पीजी अंक ज्ञापन के अभाव में, पीजी डिग्री/डीएनबी में प्राप्त अंक 50% माने जाएंगे। 50 का 75% यानी 37.50 गणना के लिए लिया जाएगा। जहां भी अंकों के बजाय ग्रेड जारी किए जाते हैं, सक्षम अधिकारियों से अंक ज्ञापन प्राप्त करना और जमा करना उम्मीदवार की जिम्मेदारी है।

E. ग्रेड के संबंध में गणना: सरकार के अनुसार, ज्ञापन। क्रमांक 4298/ए1/2015, एचएम एंड एफडब्ल्यू(ए1) विभाग, दिनांक 22.04.2015।

ए) ग्रेड-ए डिस्टिंक्शन 75% से 85% मतलब 80% बी) ग्रेड-बी+ औसत से ऊपर 65% से 74% मतलब 70%सी) ग्रेड-बी पास 50% से 64% मतलब 57%

F. प्रतीक्षा अवधि का वेटेज: योग्यता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने की तारीख से अधिसूचना जारी होने की तारीख तक प्रति वर्ष 1.0 अंक की दर से अधिकतम 10 अंक।

G. GO.Rt.No के अनुसार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा प्रमाणित, संतोषजनक सेवा के अधीन, नीचे दिखाए गए अनुसार COVID-19 सेवा सहित अनुबंध / आउटसोर्सिंग / मानदेय के आधार पर काम करने वाले / काम करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को अनुबंध सेवा के लिए 15% तक वेटेज दिया जाएगा। .211, एचएम एंड एफडब्ल्यू (बी2) विभाग, दिनांक:08.05.2021, जी.ओ.आरटी.नंबर 573 एचएम एंड एफडब्ल्यू (बी2) विभाग दिनांक 01.11.2021 और जीओ.आरटी.नंबर 07 एचएम एंड एफडब्ल्यू (बी2) विभाग। दिनांक 06.01.2022, शासन। मेमो. एचएम एंड एफडब्ल्यू (बी2) विभाग का नंबर 3740784/बी2/2020, दिनांक 14.02.2022 और परिपत्र संख्या 03/सीएचएफडब्ल्यू/2022, दिनांक के साथ पढ़ें। स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण आयुक्त, एपी के 11.02.2022 को यदि किसी व्यक्ति ने सीओवीआईडी ​​के लिए छह महीने से कम काम किया है, तो प्रति माह 0.83 अंक का वेटेज दिया जाएगा।

Candidates have to submit the application by attending the walk-in recruitment in physical mode along with the following original certificates and one set of Xerox copies.

a. Latest passport size photograph

b. SSC Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth)

d. MBBS degree certificate

e. PG Degree Certificate/Super-Specialty Degree Certificate

h.Candidates, who claim for VH/MH/HH/OH vacancy, must submit disability certificate to the extent issued by the concerned Medical Board or SADAREM.

i. Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/BC or social status (for candidates claiming EWS) certificate issued by the competent authority. If caste certificate is not submitted, such candidate is considered as OC.

  Selection Process:

A. Merit list will be prepared with the candidature of all the applicants participating in the Walk-in-Recruitment on the basis of the following marks matrix.

B. Total marks: 100.

C. 75% of marks obtained in PG degree/DNB

D. In the absence of PG marks memorandum, marks obtained in PG degree/DNB will be considered as 50%. 75% of 50 i.e. 37.50 will be taken for calculation. Wherever grades are issued instead of marks, it is the responsibility of the candidate to obtain and submit the marks memorandum from the competent authorities.

E. Calculation in respect of grades: As per Govt. Memorandum. No. 4298/A1/2015, HM&FW(A1) Department, dated 22.04.2015.

a) Grade-A Distinction 75% to 85% means 80% b) Grade-B+ Above Average 65% to 74% means 70%c) Grade-B Pass 50% to 64% means 57%

F. Weightage of waiting period: Maximum 10 marks at the rate of 1.0 marks per year from the date of passing the qualifying examination till the date of issue of notification.
