1. स्थानांतरण प्रमाणपत्र.

4. समेकित मार्कशीट (या) सेमेस्टर-वार मार्कशीट दोनों तरफ।

5. विकलांग व्यक्ति (पीडब्ल्यूडी) के लिए प्रमाण (यदि लागू हो)।

6. भूतपूर्व सैनिक के बच्चों के लिए प्रमाण (यदि लागू हो)।

7. अंकों के प्रतिशत के आगमन की विधि दर्शाने वाला प्रारूप (डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है)। या

चयन की विधि

चयन, जैसा भी मामला हो, योग्यता डिप्लोमा/डिग्री में उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्राप्त अंकों के प्रतिशत के आधार पर होगा।

1. उम्मीदवार द्वारा स्नातक डिग्री/डिप्लोमा में प्राप्त अंकों का प्रतिशत और अंतिम योग्यता परीक्षाओं में दिए गए अंकों की गणना उस विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान द्वारा अपनाई गई पद्धति के आधार पर की जाएगी जहां से उम्मीदवारों ने डिग्री/डिप्लोमा प्राप्त किया है।

2. यदि उम्मीदवार को अंकों के बजाय ग्रेड / सीजीपीए दिया जाता है, तो अंकों का प्रतिशत उसके द्वारा अपनाई गई प्रक्रिया पर आधारित होगा।

वह विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान जहां से उसने स्नातक डिग्री/डिप्लोमा प्राप्त किया है

3. अंकों के प्रतिशत की गणना के लिए विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान में किसी स्थापित योजना के अभाव में निम्नलिखित सिद्धांत लागू होंगे

ए) यदि उम्मीदवार को ग्रेड/सीजीपीए से सम्मानित किया जाता है, तो अंकों के प्रतिशत में समानता ग्रेड/सीजीपीए को 10 के कारक से गुणा करके स्थापित की जाएगी।

बी) यदि अभ्यर्थी को सेमेस्टर वार अंक दिए गए हैं, तो द्वितीय वर्ष से अंतिम वर्ष तक सभी सेमेस्टर में अभ्यर्थी द्वारा प्राप्त अंकों के प्रतिशत का औसत निकालकर, सेमेस्टर वार औसत पर विचार करके अंकों के प्रतिशत में समानता स्थापित की जाएगी।

सी) यदि अभ्यर्थी को वर्षवार अंक दिए गए हैं, तो द्वितीय वर्ष से अंतिम वर्ष तक सभी वर्षों में अभ्यर्थी द्वारा प्राप्त अंकों के प्रतिशत का औसत लेकर, वर्षवार औसत पर विचार करके अंकों के प्रतिशत में समानता स्थापित की जाएगी।

Selection will be based on the percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying diploma/degree, as the case may be.

1. The percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in the Undergraduate Degree/Diploma and marks obtained in the final qualifying examinations will be calculated on the basis of the methodology adopted by the University/Institute from where the candidates have obtained the Degree/Diploma.

2. If the candidate is given grades/CGPA instead of marks, the percentage of marks will be based on the procedure adopted by him.

The University/Institute from where he/she obtained his/her graduation degree/diploma

3. In the absence of any established scheme in the University/Institute for calculating the percentage of marks, the following principles will apply

a) If the candidate is awarded grades/CGPA, equality in percentage of marks will be established by multiplying the grades/CGPA by a factor of 10.

b) If the candidate has been awarded semester wise marks, then equality in the percentage of marks will be established by taking the average of the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in all the semesters from second year to final year and considering the semester wise average.

c) If marks have been given to the candidate year wise, then equality in the percentage of marks will be established by taking the average of the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in all the years from second year to the final year and considering the year wise average.
