चयन प्रक्रिया:

(i) सभी प्रकार से पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करने वाले इच्छुक आवेदक ऊपर उल्लिखित तिथि के अनुसार वॉकइन इंटरव्यू के लिए उपस्थित हो सकते हैं।

(ii) अपेक्षित शुल्क के साथ वॉक-इन-इंटरव्यू के दिन जमा किए गए उम्मीदवारों के आवेदनों की संस्थान की जांच समिति द्वारा जांच की जाएगी और केवल योग्य उम्मीदवारों को चयन समिति के समक्ष वॉक-इन-इंटरव्यू में उपस्थित होने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। यदि आवेदकों की संख्या बड़ी है, तो संस्थान की चयन समिति उम्मीदवारों की शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग के लिए मानदंड तैयार कर सकती है जिसमें स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट आयोजित करना शामिल हो सकता है।

(iii) चयन चयन बोर्ड के समक्ष साक्षात्कार में उम्मीदवार के प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

(iv) परिणाम वेबसाइट (www.esic.gov.in/recruitments) पर प्रकाशित किया जाएगा।

(v) चयनित उम्मीदवारों को नियुक्ति प्रस्ताव प्राप्त होने के तुरंत बाद शामिल होना होगा।

Selection Process:

(i) Interested applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respects may appear for walkin interview as per the date mentioned above.

(ii) Applications of the candidates submitted on the day of Walk-in-Interview along with the requisite fee will be scrutinized by the Screening Committee of the Institute and only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for Walk-in-Interview before the Selection Committee. . If the number of applicants is large, the selection committee of the institute may formulate criteria for short-listing of candidates which may include conducting a screening test.

(iii) Selection will be made on the basis of the performance of the candidate in the interview before the Selection Board.

(iv) The result will be published on the website (www.esic.gov.in/recruitments).

(v) Selected candidates will have to join immediately after receiving the offer of appointment.
