उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के लिए उपस्थित होने से पहले निम्नलिखित निर्देशों को पढ़ने की सलाह दी जाती है: –

छ) केवल सत्यापन उद्देश्य के लिए वॉक-इन (ट्रेड टेस्ट/स्किल टेस्ट) के समय मूल प्रमाणपत्र लाना आवश्यक है, लेकिन आवेदन के साथ मूल प्रमाणपत्र जमा/संलग्न नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। आवेदन के साथ जमा किए गए प्रमाणपत्रों/प्रशंसापत्रों की किसी भी मूल प्रति को वापस करने के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं है।

Candidates are advised to read the following instructions before appearing for interview:-

a) Candidates are asked to fill and submit the online application form and upload a recent (not more than three months old) color passport size photograph in the space provided.

b) Candidates must also take a print out of the application form website www.aiesl.in/Careers and submit the filled and signed application form.

   Before appearing for skill/trade test/personal interview.

c) At the time of interview, candidates belonging to OBC categories will have to submit self-attested photocopy of Noncreamy Layer Certificate recently issued by the competent authority in the format prescribed by the Government. Of India. The certificate should, among other things, specifically state that the candidate does not belong to the socially advanced classes excluded from the benefits of reservation for OBCs in civil posts and services under the Government of India. The certificate should also include a “non-creamy layer” clause. The certificates submitted by the candidates belonging to OBC community should be as per the Central list published by the Government of India and not as per the State list.

d) Applicants residing in Kashmir Division of Jammu & Kashmir State during 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989, who are eligible for relaxation in upper age, must produce a domicile certificate to this effect from the District Magistrate in Kashmir at the time of interview . Division within whose jurisdiction the applicant ordinarily resided or any other authority designated in this behalf by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
