आवेदन कैसे करें : मेडिकल एक्जीक्यूटिव के पद के लिए आवेदन पत्र का निर्धारित प्रारूप इसके साथ संलग्न है। उम्मीदवारों को विधिवत भरे हुए आवेदन पत्र को निर्धारित प्रारूप में एक अग्रिम प्रति के रूप में प्रशंसापत्र की स्व-सत्यापित प्रति के साथ स्पीड पोस्ट के माध्यम से केवल उप कार्यालय को भेजना होगा। महाप्रबंधक (कार्मिक/भर्ती), भर्ती विभाग, एनसीएल मुख्यालय, सिंगरौली (म.प्र.), पिन कोड- 486889 जो निर्धारित समय के भीतर (अर्थात 11.04.2024 को या उससे पहले) पहुंच जाना चाहिए। यदि अभ्यर्थियों का आवेदन निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर प्राप्त नहीं होता है
दिनांक, इस पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
उ. आवेदनों की डिलीवरी का कोई अन्य तरीका (हाथ से/ईमेल/कूरियर आदि द्वारा) स्वीकार/विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
बी.ए. उम्मीदवार एक सहायक कंपनी में केवल एक पद के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है। यदि वरिष्ठ चिकित्सा अधिकारी के साथ-साथ चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञ/वरिष्ठ के लिए आवेदन प्राप्त होते हैं। किसी सहायक कंपनी में चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञ, तो आवेदन चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञ/वरिष्ठ के विरुद्ध माना जाएगा। चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञ, जैसा भी मामला हो, चाहे वह नया हो या नहीं। सीआईएल/सहायक कंपनियों के कर्मचारियों के लिए
सी. यदि एक ही पद के लिए एक उम्मीदवार से एक से अधिक आवेदन प्राप्त होते हैं, तो सबसे हालिया (वर्तमान) आवेदन को अंतिम माना जाएगा।

How to Apply: The prescribed format of application form for the post of Medical Executive is enclosed herewith. The candidateswill be required to send the duly filled in application form as an advance copy in the prescribed format along with self-attested copy of the testimonials through speed post only to Office of Dy. General Manager (Personnel/Recruitment), Recruitment Department, NCL HQ, Singrauli (M.P.), Pin Code- 486889 which should reach within the stipulated time (i.e. on or before 11.04.2024). In case, the application of the candidates not received within the stipulated
date, it will not be entertained.
A.No other mode of delivery (by hand/email/couriers, etc.) of applications would be accepted/ entertained.
B.A candidate can apply for only one post in a Subsidiary. If applications are received for Sr. Medical Officer as well as Medical Specialists/Sr. Medical Specialists in a subsidiary, then the application will be considered against Medical Specialists/Sr. Medical Specialists, as the case may be, whether or not it is the recent one.For Employees of CIL/Subsidiary Companies
C. If more than one application is received from a candidate for the same post, most recent (current) application will be considered as final.
D.Documents to be submitted, are as mentioned in the application format.
E.Candidates shortlisted for interview are advised to present themselves to the interview locations withall the documents needed in original along with 2 photocopies of each along with the duly
filled Application form as provided with the advertisement.
F.At the interview locations, the applications along with the original documents of the candidates will be screened. Any candidates whose application is incomplete or any discrepancy found w.r.t
eligibility criteria, non-availability of original certificate, Attempt Certificate then such candidates will not be considered for personal interview.
