आवेदन कैसे करें : इच्छुक और योग्य उम्मीदवार सेल की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट cell.co.in पर 12-03-2024 से 02-04-2024 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
आवेदन पत्र जमा करने की प्रक्रिया:
a. सेल के “करियर” पेज www.sAIL.co.in या http://sAILcareers.com पर जाएं।
b.पात्रता के बारे में सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विज्ञापन को ध्यान से पढ़ें।
c.साइट पर उपलब्ध उपयोगकर्ता मैनुअल देखें और बताए गए चरणों का पालन करें।
d.”लॉगिन” या “लागू करें” पर क्लिक करें
e. यदि नया उपयोगकर्ता है, तो पहले एक बार पंजीकरण पूरा करें और फिर “पंजीकृत उपयोगकर्ता” पर जाएं और उपयोगकर्ता आईडी और पासवर्ड का उपयोग करके आगे बढ़ें।
f. आवेदक को अपनी आवश्यक जानकारी भरने और ऊपर बताए अनुसार फोटोग्राफ और हस्ताक्षर और आवश्यक प्रमाणपत्र/दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करने होंगे।
g. एक बार सभी आवश्यक विवरण दर्ज करने के बाद, उम्मीदवार को दर्ज किए गए विवरणों की समीक्षा करनी होगी और पुष्टि करनी होगी। एक बार पुष्टि हो जाने पर, किसी भी संपादन की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

चयन का प्रक्रिया :

1. प्रबंधक (ई-3), प्रबंधक (प्रोजेक्ट्स) (ई3), जीडी मेडिकल ऑफिसर (ई-1) और मेडिकल ऑफिसर (ओएचएस) के पद के लिए, उम्मीदवारों को कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (सीबीटी) के लिए उपस्थित होना पड़ सकता है। प्राप्त आवेदनों की संख्या. ऐसे मामलों में, सीबीटी के बाद सफल उम्मीदवारों का व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार होगा। हालाँकि, उम्मीदवारों को पद के लिए प्राप्त आवेदनों की संख्या के आधार पर सीधे साक्षात्कार (सीबीटी के बिना) के लिए उपस्थित होने की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।

2. सलाहकार (ई-3) पद के लिए चयन व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। इसकी सूचना पात्र उम्मीदवार को कॉल लेटर, ईमेल/एसएमएस और सेल वेबसाइट के माध्यम से दी जाएगी।
3. अंतिम चयन के लिए, कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (सीबीटी) और साक्षात्कार के अंकों को मिलाकर 80:20 के वेटेज के साथ उस क्रम में या साक्षात्कार की मेरिट सूची (जैसा भी मामला हो) के अनुसार मेरिट सूची तैयार की जाएगी।
4. अनारक्षित पदों के लिए सीबीटी में न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक 50 प्रतिशत स्कोर के आधार पर निर्धारित किए जाएंगे। एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी (नॉन-क्रीमी लेयर)/पीडब्ल्यूडी पदों के लिए, न्यूनतम योग्यता अंक 40 प्रतिशत स्कोर होंगे। प्रत्येक पद/विषय के लिए योग्यता अंकों की गणना अलग से की जाएगी।
5. सीबीटी/लिखित परीक्षा/व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार प्रबंधन द्वारा तय किए गए देश भर में फैले केंद्रों पर आयोजित किया जाएगा।

Process to submit application form:

b.Read the advertisement carefully to be sure about eligibility.
c.Refer to the user manual available on the site and follow the steps mentioned.
d. Click on “Login” or “Apply”
e. If new user, first complete the registration once and then go to “Registered User” and proceed using the User ID and Password.
f. The applicant has to fill his/her required information and upload photograph and signature and necessary certificates/documents as mentioned above.
g. Once all the required details are entered, the candidate has to review and confirm the details entered. Once confirmed, no edits will be allowed.
h. Make the requisite payment of application and/or processing fee through online mode. Link for payment will be available after completion of application. The candidate will also have to bear the charges in addition to the application/processing fee.
i. After completing all the requisite steps, submit the application and take a print out of the application along with the application ID.

Selection Process:
1. For the post of Manager (E-3), Manager (Projects) (E3), GD Medical Officer (E-1) and Medical Officer (OHS), candidates may have to appear for Computer Based Test (CBT). Is. Number of applications received. In such cases, CBT will be followed by personal interview of successful candidates. However, candidates may be required to appear for direct interview (without CBT) depending on the number of applications received for the post.

Candidates obtained in CBT will be shortlisted for post-wise/category-wise interview in the ratio of 1:3, i.e. three candidates will be called for one post. If the cut-off marks thus arrived at are obtained by more than one candidate – all of them will be called for interview. 2. Selection for the post of Consultant (E-3) will be done through personal interview. This information will be given to the eligible candidates through call letter, email/SMS and SAIL website.
3. For final selection, the merit list will be prepared by combining the marks of Computer Based Test (CBT) and Interview with weightage of 80:20 in that order or as per the merit list of Interview (as the case may be).
4. The minimum qualifying marks in CBT for unreserved posts will be determined on the basis of 50 percent score. For SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PWD posts, the minimum qualifying marks will be 40 percentile score. Qualifying marks will be calculated separately for each post/subject.
5. CBT/Written Test/Personal Interview will be conducted at centers spread across the country as decided by the Management.
