 आवेदन कैसे करें :
– उम्मीदवारों को नाल्को वेबसाइट (www.nalcoindia.com) के करियर अनुभाग में ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे निर्देशों को ध्यान से पढ़ें और सटीक जानकारी देते हुए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरें। यदि ऑनलाइन आवेदन सफलतापूर्वक पूरा नहीं हुआ है, तो उम्मीदवार को फिर से पंजीकरण करना होगा। किसी अन्य माध्यम से प्राप्त आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे और सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दिए जाएंगे।
– ऑनलाइन आवेदन सफलतापूर्वक जमा होने के बाद उम्मीदवार द्वारा दर्ज किए गए किसी भी डेटा में बदलाव के संबंध में किसी भी अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
– ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते समय, उम्मीदवार को अपने हालिया पासपोर्ट आकार के रंगीन फोटो, हस्ताक्षर और एसबीआई कलेक्ट की पावती की स्कैन की गई प्रतियां अपलोड करनी होंगी।

o आवेदन को उनकी उम्र, श्रेणी, योग्यता, नियोक्ता द्वारा प्रमाणित अपेक्षित अनुभव, वेतनमान/मासिक परिलब्धियां/सीटीसी, वैध रोजगार कार्यालय पंजीकरण विवरण, एसबीआई कलेक्ट के समर्थन में सभी दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रति के साथ पते पर पहुंचना चाहिए। -रसीद (यदि लागू हो), भूमि प्रभावित दस्तावेज (यदि लागू हो), सरकार से एनओसी। नियोक्ता/पीएसयू (यदि लागू हो) के भीतर
निर्धारित तिथि एवं समय. किसी भी गुम दस्तावेज के कारण आवेदन को सरसरी तौर पर अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।
o केवल आवेदन की सॉफ्ट कॉपी पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और यदि आवेदन पत्र की हार्ड कॉपी के साथ संबंधित दस्तावेजों की अन्य आवश्यक स्व-सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी निर्धारित तिथि के भीतर प्राप्त नहीं होती है, तो इसे सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।
o आवेदन की हार्ड कॉपी भेजते समय सीलबंद लिफाफे के ऊपर आवेदित पद का नाम लिखा होना चाहिए और केवल डाक के माध्यम से भेजा जाना चाहिए।
o कोई भी आवेदन हाथ से प्राप्त नहीं किया जाएगा।
– सिस्टम त्रुटि या किसी अन्य कारण से अंतिम तिथि के भीतर अपना ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा नहीं कर पाने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए नाल्को जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

चयन प्रक्रिया : – इस विज्ञापन में निर्दिष्ट अपेक्षित मानदंडों के अनुसार आवेदनों की जांच की जाएगी और योग्य उम्मीदवारों को लिखित परीक्षा और/या ट्रेड टेस्ट के लिए शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा।
– लिखित और ट्रेड टेस्ट का वेटेज क्रमशः 60% और 40% होगा।
– लिखित परीक्षा और/या ट्रेड टेस्ट में प्रदर्शन, संगठनात्मक आवश्यकता, अनुशासन में रिक्तियों और राष्ट्रपति के निर्देशों के अनुसार आरक्षण बिंदुओं के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जाएगा।

-Candidates must apply online in the career section of NALCO website (www.nalcoindia.com). Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully and fill the online application form giving accurate information. If the online application is not completed successfully, the candidate will have to register again. Applications received through any other mode will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected.
– No request regarding change in any data entered by the candidate will be entertained after successful submission of online application.
– While applying online, the candidate must upload scanned copies of his/her recent passport size color photograph, signature and SBI Collect Acknowledgment.
– Downloaded application (hard copy) along with self-attested photocopies of all documents in support of the information given by the candidate in his online application to Recruitment Cell, Human Resource Development Department, S&P Complex, National Aluminum Company Limited, Angul. Should reach. – 759145, Odisha by post immediately after submission of online application by 10.04.2024.
o Applications should reach the address along with self-attested copy of all documents in support of their age, category, qualification, requisite experience certified by the employer, pay scale/monthly emoluments/CTC, valid employment office registration details, SBI Collect. -Receipt (if applicable), Land affected documents (if applicable), NOC from Govt. Within the Employer/PSU (if applicable)

Selection Process:- Applications will be scrutinized as per the requisite criteria specified in this advertisement and eligible candidates will be shortlisted for written examination and/or trade test.
– Weightage of written and trade test will be 60% and 40% respectively.
-Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the written examination and/or trade test, organizational requirement, vacancies in the discipline and reservation points as per the instructions of the President.
Mere fulfillment of the advertised specifications does not entitle a candidate to be called for written/trade test. The Management reserves the right to increase the minimum eligibility standards/criteria keeping in view the standard of qualification and/or experience to limit the number of candidates for assessment.
