उपरोक्त पते पर आवेदन प्राप्त होने की अंतिम तिथि 15 जनवरी 2024 को 17:00 बजे है। अंतिम तिथि के बाद प्राप्त आवेदनों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

सरकारी/अर्ध-सरकारी/सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों/स्वायत्त निकायों/सरकार द्वारा वित्त पोषित संस्थानों में सेवारत आवेदकों को उचित माध्यम से आवेदन करना चाहिए और साक्षात्कार से पहले अपने वर्तमान नियोक्ता से एनओसी भी जमा करनी चाहिए। अन्यथा, पद के लिए उम्मीदवारी पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। इसलिए, उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन करने से पहले इसे प्राप्त करना आवश्यक है। इसके अलावा, दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के समय वही एनओसी प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है।

क) निम्नलिखित के संबंध में सहायक दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियां:

1.शैक्षणिक योग्यता (अर्थात् एसएससी, एचएससी, प्रथम वर्ष, द्वितीय वर्ष, तृतीय वर्ष और चतुर्थ वर्ष स्नातक या प्रत्येक वर्ष की मार्कशीट के साथ उच्च शिक्षा), जैसा लागू हो।

2. जन्मतिथि का प्रमाण (मूल स्कूल छोड़ने का प्रमाण पत्र या उसी स्कूल/कॉलेज के प्रिंसिपल द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित सत्यापित फोटो कॉपी और एसएससी उत्तीर्ण प्रमाण पत्र।)

3. रुपये की राशि का डिमांड ड्राफ्ट। 1,500/- (एक हजार पांच सौ रुपये मात्र) एआई इंजीनियरिंग सर्विसेज लिमिटेड के पक्ष में, नई दिल्ली में देय (एससी/एसटी/भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के लिए लागू नहीं)। एक बार जमा किया गया आवेदन शुल्क किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा, भले ही आवेदन उस पद के लिए अयोग्य होने के कारण आवेदन खारिज कर दिया गया हो।

4. निर्धारित शुल्क के बिना आवेदन पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।

5. एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी उम्मीदवारों के मामले में स्व-प्रमाणित फोटो प्रति के साथ निर्धारित प्रारूप में मूल जाति प्रमाण पत्र।

निर्धारित प्रारूप में आवेदन, उपर्युक्त आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के साथ प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए। मूल प्रमाणपत्र आवेदन के साथ जमा नहीं किया जाना चाहिए, बल्कि फोटोकॉपी के एक सेट के साथ सत्यापन के लिए लाया जाना चाहिए। कंपनी आवेदन के साथ जमा किए गए प्रमाणपत्रों/प्रशंसापत्रों की किसी भी मूल या प्रतियों को वापस करने के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है।

चयन प्रक्रिया।

बी) ओबीसी श्रेणी से संबंधित उम्मीदवारों को भारत सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित और सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी प्रारूप में चालू वित्तीय वर्ष में जारी गैर-क्रीमी लेयर प्रमाणपत्र की विधिवत सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी जमा करनी होगी। प्रमाणपत्र में, अन्य बातों के अलावा, विशेष रूप से यह उल्लेख होना चाहिए कि उम्मीदवार भारत सरकार के तहत सिविल पदों और सेवाओं में ओबीसी के लिए आरक्षण के लाभ से बाहर किए गए सामाजिक रूप से उन्नत वर्गों से संबंधित नहीं है। प्रमाणपत्र में क्रीमी लेयर बहिष्करण खंड भी शामिल होना चाहिए। ओबीसी समुदाय के उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्रस्तुत प्रमाणपत्र भारत सरकार द्वारा प्रकाशित ओबीसी की केंद्रीय सूची के अनुसार होना चाहिए, न कि राज्य सूची के अनुसार।

Applicants serving in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies/Government funded institutions should apply through proper channel and also submit NOC from their present employer before the interview. Otherwise, candidature will not be considered for the post. Therefore, candidates are required to obtain it before applying. Moreover, it is mandatory to present the same NOC at the time of document verification.

a) Self-attested copies of supporting documents in respect of:

1.Educational qualification (i.e. SSC, HSC, 1st year, 2nd year, 3rd year and 4th year Graduation or higher education with mark sheets of each year), as applicable.

2. Proof of Date of Birth (Original School Leaving Certificate or attested photocopy signed by the Principal of the same school/college and SSC passing certificate.)

3. Demand draft for the amount of Rs. Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) in favor of AI Engineering Services Limited, payable at New Delhi (Not applicable for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen). The application fee once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances even if the application is rejected due to ineligibility for that post.

4. Applications without the prescribed fee will not be considered and will be summarily rejected.

5. Original caste certificate in prescribed format along with self-attested photocopy in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Application in the prescribed format should be submitted along with the required documents mentioned above. The original certificate should not be submitted with the application but should be brought for verification along with one set of photocopies. b) Candidates belonging to OBC category must submit duly attested photocopy of Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued in the current financial year in the format prescribed by the Government of India and issued by the competent authority. The certificate should, among other things, specifically state that the candidate does not belong to the socially advanced classes excluded from the benefits of reservation for OBCs in civil posts and services under the Government of India. The certificate should also include a creamy layer exclusion clause. Certificates submitted by candidates belonging to the OBC community should be as per the Central List of OBCs published by the Government of India and not as per the State List.

c) Candidates, who are working as contractual employees in Government/Semi-Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies or Government funded institutions, are also required to submit NOC compulsorily.
