a. आवेदन पत्र में दिए गए स्थान पर पूरे चेहरे (सामने का दृश्य) का एक हालिया (3 महीने से अधिक पुराना नहीं) रंगीन पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटोग्राफ साफ-साफ चिपकाया जाना चाहिए।

b. आवेदन पत्र के आइटम नंबर 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,15,16,17 और 18 के संबंध में सहायक दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियां आवेदन के साथ जमा की जानी चाहिए। मूल प्रमाणपत्र आवेदन के साथ जमा नहीं किए जाने चाहिए, बल्कि वॉक-इन इंटरव्यू के लिए उपस्थित होने पर सत्यापन के लिए लाए जाने चाहिए। कंपनी आवेदन के साथ जमा किए गए प्रमाणपत्रों/प्रशंसापत्रों की किसी भी मूल प्रति/आईईएस को वापस करने के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है।

c. ओबीसी श्रेणी से संबंधित उम्मीदवारों को सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी भारत सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित प्रारूप में जाति प्रमाण पत्र की विधिवत सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी जमा करनी होगी। प्रमाणपत्र में, अन्य बातों के अलावा, विशेष रूप से यह उल्लेख होना चाहिए कि उम्मीदवार भारत सरकार के तहत सिविल पदों और सेवाओं में ओबीसी के लिए आरक्षण के लाभ से बाहर किए गए सामाजिक रूप से उन्नत वर्गों से संबंधित नहीं है। प्रमाणपत्र में “क्रीमी लेयर” बहिष्करण खंड भी शामिल होना चाहिए। उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्रस्तुत ओबीसी प्रमाणपत्र भारत सरकार द्वारा प्रकाशित ओबीसी की केंद्रीय सूची के अनुसार होना चाहिए, न कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा।

d. एआई एयरपोर्ट सर्विसेज लिमिटेड में काम करने वाले योग्य उम्मीदवार भी उक्त पद के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं और यदि चयनित होते हैं, तो उन्हें सेवा और वेतन सुरक्षा के साथ विचार किया जाएगा।
