चयन प्रक्रिया का विवरण:

चयन योग्यता, अनुभव और साक्षात्कार में प्रदर्शन के आधार पर होगा। शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को ऑफ़लाइन मोड के माध्यम से व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार में उपस्थित होना होगा। शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को ई-मेल के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाएगा।

(अस्थायी)नियम एवं शर्तें

1. चयनित उम्मीदवारों का किसी भी नियमित पद पर दावा नहीं होगा और उन्हें संस्थान के नियमित कर्मचारियों को उपलब्ध आवास, चिकित्सा सुविधा और अन्य लाभ जैसे कोई विशेषाधिकार नहीं दिए जाएंगे।

2. आवेदकों को चयन प्रक्रिया में शामिल होने से पहले यह सुनिश्चित करने की सलाह दी जाती है कि उनके पास पद के लिए निर्धारित न्यूनतम आवश्यक योग्यता और अनुभव है। प्राप्त योग्यता किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय/संस्थान से होनी चाहिए। आयु के अनुसार पात्रता,

उम्मीदवार की योग्यता और अनुभव को आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि के अनुसार माना जाएगा।

3. साक्षात्कार में भाग लेने के लिए कोई टीए/डीए का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा।

4. चयन प्रक्रिया में किसी अनजाने गलती की स्थिति में, जिसका पता नियुक्ति पत्र जारी होने के बाद भी किसी भी स्तर पर लगाया जा सकता है, संस्थान संशोधित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।

आवेदकों को किया गया कोई भी संचार वापस लेना या रद्द करना।

5. संस्थान की सेवा में शामिल होने के बाद व्यक्ति को समय-समय पर लागू संस्थान के नियमों, विनियमों, अध्यादेशों, क़ानूनों और अधिनियम का पालन करना होगा। आवश्यकता के आधार पर उसे संस्थान के भीतर या बाहर कोई भी कर्तव्य सौंपा जा सकता है

काम की।

6. चयन प्रक्रिया में होने वाले किसी भी विवाद/अस्पष्टता की स्थिति में संस्थान का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।

7. फील्ड असिस्टेंट और प्रोजेक्ट इंटर्न के प्रदर्शन का अर्धवार्षिक मूल्यांकन किया जाएगा ताकि उसे अगले वर्ष के लिए जारी रखा जा सके।

(Temporary) Terms and Conditions

1. Selected candidates will not have claim to any regular post and will not be given any privileges like accommodation, medical facilities and other benefits available to the regular employees of the Institute.

2. Applicants are advised to ensure that they possess the minimum essential qualifications and experience prescribed for the post before appearing in the selection process. The qualification obtained should be from a recognized university/institute. Eligibility as per age,

Qualification and experience of the candidate will be considered as on the last date of receipt of applications.

3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

4. In case of any inadvertent error in the selection process, which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of appointment letter, the Institute reserves the right to modify the selection process.

Withdrawal or cancellation of any communication made to applicants.

5. After joining the service of the Institute, the individual will have to follow the rules, regulations, ordinances, statutes and regulations of the Institute in force from time to time. Depending on the requirement he may be assigned any duty within or outside the institute

7. The performance of Field Assistants and Project Interns will be evaluated half yearly so that the same can be continued for the next year.
