सभी सहायक दस्तावेजों के साथ आवेदन 12 अप्रैल, 2024 को या उससे पहले आईआईएम तिरुचिरापल्ली की वेबसाइट: https://www.iimtricy.ac.in/careers-non-teaching पर ऑनलाइन जमा किया जाना चाहिए।
1. आवेदकों को अधिसूचना, नियम और शर्तों को अच्छी तरह से पढ़ना, पात्रता की जांच करना और फिर आवेदन करना आवश्यक है।
2. आवेदकों को संस्थान की भर्ती वेबसाइट के भर्ती पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा: https://www.iimtrichy.ac.in/careers-non-teaching 15 मार्च 2024 से 12 अप्रैल 2024 (शाम 05.30 बजे) तक . आवेदक ऑनलाइन आवेदन लिंक पर क्लिक करें, निर्देशों को ध्यान से पढ़ें और सटीक जानकारी देते हुए ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरें। यदि ऑनलाइन आवेदन सफलतापूर्वक पूरा नहीं हुआ है, तो आवेदक को फिर से पंजीकरण करना आवश्यक है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन सफलतापूर्वक जमा करने के बाद आवेदकों को अंतिम रूप से सबमिट किए गए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की एक प्रति रखनी होगी, जिसे उन्हें चयन प्रक्रिया के दौरान मांगे जाने पर प्रस्तुत करना होगा। अपूर्ण आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे और सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दिए जाएंगे
3. ऑनलाइन आवेदन सफलतापूर्वक जमा होने के बाद आवेदक द्वारा दर्ज किए गए किसी भी डेटा में बदलाव के किसी भी अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। ऑनलाइन आवेदन करते समय, आवेदकों को अपने हालिया पासपोर्ट आकार के रंगीन फोटो और हस्ताक्षर की स्कैन की हुई प्रति अपलोड करनी होगी। चयन प्रक्रिया के लिए बुलाए गए आवेदकों को अपने मूल प्रमाण पत्र, उसी फोटो की एक प्रति और ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में उल्लिखित अन्य प्रासंगिक दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।
4. यदि कोई आवेदक सिस्टम त्रुटि या किसी अन्य कारण से अंतिम तिथि के भीतर अपना ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा नहीं कर पाता है तो संस्थान उसके लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। शुल्क के भुगतान के लिए निर्देशों का ध्यानपूर्वक पालन करें।
5. आवेदन करते समय उम्मीदवार को निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज संबंधित टैब पर अपलोड करने होंगे।
एक। एसएसएलसी प्रमाणपत्र
बी। एचएससी प्रमाणपत्र (यदि लागू हो)
सी। डिप्लोमा/यूजी/पीजी डिग्री प्रमाणपत्र, जो भी लागू हो।
डी। अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र
इ। सामुदायिक प्रमाणपत्र (यदि लागू हो)।
एफ। नवीनतम पासपोर्ट आकार का रंगीन फोटोग्राफ।
जी। हस्ताक्षर की स्कैन की गई प्रति
आवेदन को सफलतापूर्वक ऑनलाइन जमा करने के बाद, लिखित परीक्षा/कौशल परीक्षा/ट्रेड टेस्ट/साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाए जाने पर उम्मीदवार को आवेदन पत्र का एक प्रिंटआउट प्राप्त करना होगा और जमा करना होगा। आवेदन की हार्ड कॉपी संस्थान को नहीं भेजनी है।

 चयन प्रक्रिया : चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार पर आधारित होगा।

Applications with all supporting documents should be submitted online on IIM Tiruchirappalli website: https://www.iimtricy.ac.in/careers-non-teaching on or before April 12, 2024.
1. Applicants are required to read the notification, terms and conditions thoroughly, check eligibility and then apply.
2. Applicants must apply online on the recruitment portal of the Institute’s recruitment website: https://www.iimtrichy.ac.in/careers-non-teaching from 15 March 2024 to 12 April 2024 (05.30 PM). Applicants click on the online application link, read the instructions carefully and fill the online application form giving accurate information. If the online application is not completed successfully, the applicant is required to register again. After successful submission of online application, applicants are required to retain a copy of the finally submitted online application, which they have to produce when called for during the selection process. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected
3. Any request for change in any data entered by the applicant after successful submission of online application will not be entertained. While applying online, applicants must upload a scanned copy of their recent passport size color photograph and signature. Applicants called for the selection process will have to submit their original certificates, a copy of the same photograph and other relevant documents mentioned in the online application form.
4. The Institute will not be responsible if any applicant is not able to submit his online application within the last date due to system error or any other reason. Follow the instructions carefully for payment of fees.
5. While applying, the candidate has to upload the following documents on the relevant tab.
