(ए) योग्य और इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों को 02.03.2024 से 31.03.2024 तक आरएफसीएल की वेबसाइट: https://www.rfcl.co.in → करियर पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा।

(बी) ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र सफलतापूर्वक जमा करने के बाद, उम्मीदवारों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र का प्रिंटआउट लेना होगा और इसे शैक्षिक योग्यता, अनुभव, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, पीडब्ल्यूबीडी जैसे पात्रता की पूर्ति में सभी आवश्यक सहायक दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियों के साथ भेजना होगा। प्रमाण पत्र आदि, एक सीलबंद लिफाफे में निम्नलिखित पर “आरएफसीएल में …………………………………… के पद के लिए आवेदन – 2024” लिखा होना चाहिए।

(सी) प्रासंगिक दस्तावेजों के साथ ऑनलाइन आवेदन की हार्ड कॉपी प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि 07.04.2024है। हालाँकि, वर्तमान में दूर-दराज के क्षेत्र यानी असम, मेघालय, अरुणाचल प्रदेश, मिजोरम, मणिपुर, नागालैंड, त्रिपुरा, सिक्किम, केंद्र शासित प्रदेश लद्दाख, लाहुल और स्पीति जिला और पांगी में रहने वाले उम्मीदवारों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की हार्ड कॉपी प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि हिमाचल प्रदेश के चंबा जिले का उप-मंडल, केंद्र शासित प्रदेश अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप और लक्षद्वीप 14 .04.2024 है। दूर-दराज के क्षेत्रों से आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को लिफाफे पर “सुदूर-दराज का क्षेत्र” लिखना चाहिए। ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में ऊपर उल्लिखित पत्राचार पते की तुलना में लिफाफे पर ”सुदूर क्षेत्र” की झूठी घोषणा के मामले में, इसे सरसरी तौर पर ‘अस्वीकृत’ कर दिया जाएगा।

(डी) अपूर्ण आवेदन पत्र या प्रासंगिक दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियों द्वारा समर्थित नहीं होना या पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा नहीं करना या आरएफसीएल के किसी अन्य पते पर प्राप्त होना या नियत तारीख के बाद प्राप्त होना, संक्षेप में ‘अस्वीकृत’ कर दिया जाएगा।

(ई) उम्मीदवारों को ध्यान देना चाहिए कि आवेदनों की जांच और शॉर्टलिस्टिंग निर्धारित आवेदन पत्र के साथ संलग्न दस्तावेजों के आधार पर की जाएगी। अभ्यर्थियों से पूछा जा सकता है

(एफ) प्रति उम्मीदवार प्रति पद केवल एक आवेदन की अनुमति है।

(जी) ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में विवरण को ऑनलाइन फॉर्म को अंतिम रूप से जमा करने से पहले संपादित/संशोधित किया जा सकता है और एक बार अंतिम रूप से जमा करने के बाद किसी भी परिस्थिति में विवरण को बदला नहीं जा सकता है। इसलिए, उम्मीदवारों को यह सुनिश्चित करने की सख्त सलाह दी जाती है कि उन्होंने अंतिम रूप से जमा करने से पहले ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में सही विवरण और विवरण भरे हैं।

(b) After successfully submitting the online application form, candidates must take a printout of the online application form and send it along with self-attested copies of all necessary supporting documents in fulfillment of eligibility such as educational qualification, experience, caste certificate, PWBD will be. (c) Last date for receipt of hard copy of online application along with relevant documents is 07.04.2024. However, at present hard copy of online application is required for candidates residing in remote areas i.e. Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Union Territory Ladakh, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi. Last date of submission is Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep 14.04.2024. Candidates applying from remote areas should write “Remote Area” on the envelope. In case of false declaration of “Remote Area” on the envelope as compared to the correspondence address mentioned above in the online application form, it will be summarily rejected.

(d) Incomplete application forms or not supported by self-attested copies of relevant documents or not meeting the eligibility criteria or received at any other address of RFCL or received after the due date, will be summarily rejected as ‘Rejected’ .

(e) Candidates should note that scrutiny and shortlisting of applications will be done on the basis of documents attached with the prescribed application form. Candidates may be asked
