चयन प्रक्रिया : 

• वैध आवेदनों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा और शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों के नाम बैंक की वेबसाइट www.pnbindia.in पर डाल दिए जाएंगे।

• साक्षात्कार के लिए शॉर्टलिस्टिंग पूरी तरह से प्रोफ़ाइल पर आधारित होगी।

• अंतिम चयन साक्षात्कार में प्रदर्शन के आधार पर होगा। रक्षा सेवाओं से विज्ञापन की तारीख से तीन महीने के भीतर (यानी 10.04.2024 को या उससे पहले) सेवानिवृत्त होने वाले अधिकारियों को भी शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जा सकता है, लेकिन उन्हें उनका कार्यभार उनकी सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद ही मिलेगा।

Selection Process :

• Valid applications will be shortlisted and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. The names of shortlisted candidates will be put on the Bank’s website www.pnbindia.in.

• Shortlisting for interview will be purely based on profile.

• Final selection will be based on performance in the interview. Officers retiring from Defense Services within three months from the date of advertisement (i.e. on or before 10.04.2024) can also be shortlisted, but they will get their assignment only after their superannuation.
